Miss Gay Louisiana America 2025 Holiday Fundraiser Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”).

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and organized by The Miss Gay Louisiana America Pageant System Advisory Board (“Organizer”).

• Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Advisory Board members of the Miss Gay Louisiana America Pageant System are not eligible to enter.
• MGLA Alumni Association members are eligible.
• Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

• Begins: November 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM CST
• Ends: December 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST

Entries submitted before or after these times will not be eligible.

There are two ways to enter:

A. Donation-Based Entries (Optional)

Participants may make a donation to receive entries as follows:

• $10 donation = 5 entries
• $20 donation = 15 entries
• $50 donation = 50 entries
• $100 donation = 125 entries

Donations can be made online via the Organizer’s official donation platform (details provided on the entry page).

B. Free Alternate Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a donation, participants may submit one (1) free entry via the Google Form link provided on the official Sweepstakes page.

• Free entries are limited to one per person.
• All free entries will have an equal chance to win as donation-based entries.

One (1) Winner will receive:

• A gift basket containing various items such as beauty supplies, official pageant store merchandise, and other products.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000

Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available, except as required by law. Organizer reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing using computer software to ensure fairness.
• The drawing will be conducted live on Facebook at a date and time to be determined.
• Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

• The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.

By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Organizer’s reasonable control affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Participants’ personal information will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.
