Once submitted, this form will be sent to the MGLA Advisory Board. Upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $100 (or full franchise fee), your formal franchise agreement will be considered as finalized.

⚠️ This is the only way to guarantee your city preliminary and date on the official MGLA calendar.

• The deposit or full franchise fee must be paid before announcing your event as an "official preliminary."  
• Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled pageant.
